Excel with Xcel Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility
    The competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Tibb Health Sciences (Pty) Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • Entry Conditions

    • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

    • Entry is voluntary and by participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Competition Period

    • The promotion starts on 1 March 2025 and closes on 30 December 2025.

    • Winners will be announced monthly on the official Facebook page: TibbHealthXcel.

  • How to Enter
    To stand a chance to win:

    1. Play Our Interactive Game: Test your cognitive skills and snap a picture of your score.

    2. Capture the Moment: Take a picture of your Tibb Xcel® product (pack or bottle).

    3. Share and Win: Post your entry photo on the TibbHealthXcel Facebook page with the hashtag #ExcelWithXcel2025, and leave a comment sharing how Xcel® has helped you excel in life.

  • Prizes

    • R10,000 in prize hampers (to be shared among select winners) and

    • Five (5) Sony PlayStation 5 consoles will be awarded throughout the competition period.

    • Prizes will be distributed via random draw from valid entries received within the entry period.

  • Winner Selection and Notification

    • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

    • The draw will be verified by Tibb Health Sciences and/or appointed agents.

    • Winners will be contacted via Facebook/Instagram DM or email within 28 days of each draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

  • Prize Conditions

    • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

    • Prizes are subject to availability. Tibb Health Sciences reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value if required.

  • Publicity and Privacy

    • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and submitted content in promotional material related to this competition without compensation.

    • Personal information will only be used in accordance with South African data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Promoter Rights

    • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

    • All decisions by the promoter regarding any aspect of the competition are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
