Xcel Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Nativa (Pty) Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Conditions
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Entry into the competition is voluntary.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Competition Period
- The competition runs until 30 October 2026.
- One (1) winner will be selected and announced on social media pages each month during the competition period.

4. How to Enter
To stand a chance to win, participants must:
- Scan the official Xcel competition QR code.
- Complete and submit the entry form.
- Answer all required questions as accurately as possible.

Only fully completed entries submitted during the competition period will be considered valid.

5. Prizes
- Five (5) winners will each receive a hamper valued at R1,000.
- One (1) hamper will be awarded per month over the competition period.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected via random draw from all valid entries received for each monthly period.
- The draw will be conducted and verified by Nativa (Pty) Ltd or its appointed agents.
- Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided upon entry within 14 days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, a replacement winner may be selected.

7. Prize Conditions
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Prizes are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value if necessary.

8. Publicity and Privacy
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to this competition without additional compensation.
- Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws.
